I live in the Pacific Northwest with my husband and my 5 year old yellow lab, Poppy. We lost our black lab, Lilly Jean, June 12, 2017, and we miss her everyday. Greiving isn’t just for humans. Poppy misses her sister terribly, but we try keeping her busy with Dock diving; she LOVES IT!

I am a health and wellness coach, which feeds my passion, as well as a Supervisor in a Document Contol Department, which pays my bills 😀.

We have one child and 3 Grandchildren, and 3 grand- furbabies ♥️
